Refund policy

 

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving an item.

Upon delivery, before opening the tube to extract the photograph, please carefully inspect the exterior of the tube to ensure there is no damage. If the tube arrives damaged and is opened, the right to request a return is automatically void.

All shipments are insured, and if it is determined that the damage is attributable to the courier, the courier’s insurance will apply.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@gloderfineartphotography.com and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without a prior return request approved by us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
