Do you only sell online or do you also have a physical store?
We have an exhibition gallery in the historic center of Verona, a store where you can purchase the photographs in person.
Are the photographs sold with a frame?
No, the photographs you find in our online store are sold unframed.
Can I request a custom size?
We do not offer custom sizes. For open editions, we provide a wide range of sizes to choose from. As for limited editions, the sizes are fixed and cannot be altered.
Do you sell limited edition prints?
Yes, some of our photographs are available in limited edition and come with a certificate of authenticity

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship almost worldwide with secure packaging to ensure the photographs arrive in perfect condition. If you don't see your country in the dropdown menu, please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my photograph?
Production time is approximately 2-3 business days, plus the delivery time from the courier, which varies depending on the country:
Italy: 3-5 business days
Europe: 4-6 business days
Rest of the world: 7-10 business days
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of the photograph. You can view the exact costs during checkout, before confirming your order.

What should I do if the photograph arrives damaged?
In case of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damage, and we will get back to you to find the best solution.
