Welcome to the Gloder Fine Art Photography e-commerce platform, specializing in the sale of Fine Art photographs personally taken and printed by the author, Alessandro Gloder. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

1.1 Our online store specializes in the sale of Fine Art photographic prints.
1.2 All photographs are taken by Alessandro Gloder. Gloder Fine Art Photography is the sole and exclusive holder of intellectual property rights. Any reproduction of any kind, for personal or commercial use, is strictly prohibited.
1.3 The photographs are printed with the utmost care by the author in his studio at Via Sottoriva 52, Verona, Italy.
1.4 The prints are sold unframed, rolled, and shipped in a protective tube.
1.5 Purchasing a Fine Art print does not include the digital file of the photograph.
1.6 We offer worldwide shipping, except where restricted by legal or logistical limitations.

2. Products

2.1 Our Fine Art photographs are printed based on the paper type and sizes selected at the time of order.
2.2 The images shown on this website may slightly differ from the final product in terms of color and detail due to screen differences.
2.3 Print dimensions are specified in each product description. For exact paper sizes, please refer to the “Size Guide” on each product page. Requests for alternative sizes must be submitted in writing via email and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices are listed in EURO and include VAT.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
3.3 We accept the following payment methods: credit cards and PayPal.
3.4 Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
3.5 If you require an invoice, please fill out the relevant fields at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We ship worldwide using reliable couriers. All shipments are insured. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, but may vary slightly depending on the courier’s workload.
4.2 Shipping costs vary based on destination and print size and are displayed at checkout.
4.3 Prints are shipped rolled in a protective tube to ensure their integrity during transport.
4.4 Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
4.5 We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or courier issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Since Fine Art prints are made upon order, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
5.2 Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the outside of the tube before opening it. If the tube is visibly damaged and you open it, the possibility of a refund is automatically voided.
5.3 All shipments are insured, and if the damage is determined to be the courier’s fault, the courier's insurance will be used.
5.4 To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and include photos clearly showing the defect.
5.5 If a return is approved, we will replace the product and cover the shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All photographs on our website are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Gloder Fine Art Photography Snc, Via Sottoriva 52, 37121 Verona – VAT 04975590235.
6.2 It is forbidden to duplicate or modify any of the photographs on this site, in whole or in part, for either personal or commercial use.
6.3 It is forbidden to duplicate or modify purchased Fine Art prints, in whole or in part, for either personal or commercial use.
6.4 It is not permitted to alter or modify Fine Art prints for commercial purposes without the written consent of the author, Alessandro Gloder.
6.5 Purchasing a print does not grant any copyright or intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
8.2 Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer’s place of residence.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the website.
